Runner

The Runner unit displays two panes.

The left pane is the list of script files used within the current project. A script run is composed from the data of the test script file, and a set of modifiers which change the script›s global parameters for this run. To make a test script run several times with different modifiers, you should create different lines using the same basic test script. The whole script run string is displayed, i.e.: full path to the script file plus the complete set of modifiers. The buttons above the list of script runs allow:

- to add a new script run to the test project (you should first load the respective script file). Opens a blank Run dialog

- to edit script run parameters (or right-click the desired script run and select Edit). Opens the Run dialog with the current script run.

- to delete a script run from the project (or right-click the desired script and select Delete).

The right pane is the log area which displays short messages about the status of the currently running scripts. The progress of the currently running script is displayed in the status line (bottom left corner of the application: total amount of requests to run and the current request). The buttons above the log area allow to:

- run all scripts in the current project;

- run only the highlighted scripts;

- stop execution of all scripts (both currently running and scheduled to run);

- stop execution of the currently running script and switch to the next one.
